This Privacy Policy explains how IT PROMED SOFTWARE ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information from users of the HRIS PROMED mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

• Personal Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, photos or videos, other contact information, and any other data you submit when registering or contacting support.
• Identifiers: user ID and device identifiers used to identify your device for analytics, push notifications, and account management.
• Location: precise and coarse location only if you grant permission and use a feature that requires it.
• Usage and Diagnostics: analytics, crash logs, and performance data to improve the App.
• Communications: content of messages or emails only if you choose to send them through the App (see section on Mail/Message features).

2. How We Use Information

• To send push notifications and important updates.

3. Tracking, Advertising, and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

Tracking definition: Tracking means linking user or device data collected in the App with third-party data for targeted advertising, or sharing data with a data broker.

We use or may use third-party services (such as analytics and push notification providers) that collect identifiers and other data. If any of these uses constitute "tracking" under Apple's policies, we will request your permission via the AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) prompt on iOS before performing such tracking.

If you see an ATT prompt: it will appear when a feature that requires cross-app tracking or linking to third-party data is first used. You may allow or deny tracking. Denying tracking will not prevent you from using the core functionality of the App; it only affects personalized ads or cross-app tracking features.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with third-party service providers to operate the App. These providers may include:

• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)
• Push notification services (e.g., OneSignal, Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Crash reporting services
• Payment processors (if applicable)

We require vendors to use data only to provide services to us and not to sell or repurpose it. Where applicable, we will disclose what categories of data are shared in App Store Connect's App Privacy section.

5. Camera, Microphone, Photos, and Location Permissions (Purpose Strings)

When the App requests access to protected resources (camera, microphone, photos, location), we provide clear purpose strings explaining how the data will be used. Examples of purpose strings to be shown in iOS permission prompts:

• Camera: "Allow HRIS PROMED to access your camera to let you take photos for your profile and attach images to messages."
• Photos: "Allow HRIS PROMED to access your photos so you can upload and share images from your library."
• Microphone: "Allow HRIS PROMED to access your microphone for voice messages and audio recording features."
• Location (Precise): "Allow HRIS PROMED to access your precise location to show nearby services and provide location-based features."

Ensure the purpose strings in your Info.plist match these explanations and provide concrete examples.

6. Data Storage, Retention & Security

We store data on secure servers and implement reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest where applicable). Data retention periods vary by data type but are kept only as long as necessary to provide the Service or fulfill legal obligations. Users can request data deletion—see contact details below.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. You can also opt-out of certain analytics or marketing communications.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the local minimum age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
